Scope

One contact, one chain of responsibility

Seven steps from files to delivery, under one roof

Single-point management

When the process is split across suppliers, delays and gaps in responsibility follow. At Kinevo Dynamics, lead time and quality sit in one place.

Flexible scope

Taking the full package is not required. PCB only, assembly only or turnkey; the scope is defined by the customer’s needs.

Design support included

Stack-up, impedance, DFM/DFA and test point support is provided. The board is made manufacturable before production.

Quality level

IPC classes: the right class, the right cost

Not every board needs to be Class 3

Class 1General electronics

Function is enough; wide visual tolerance.

Typical use

Consumer products, demo and concept boards

Kinevo approach

Fast and economical production

Class 2Dedicated service

Continuous service; tight visual criteria.

Typical use

Industrial control, energy, measurement, communications

Kinevo approach

The most common level in industry

Class 3High reliability

Failure is not acceptable; strictest criteria.

Typical use

Avionics, military platforms, medical, space

Kinevo approach

X-ray, cleanliness testing, full traceability, CoC

Quotation

What we need for a quote

Once production files are received, a fast response is provided

Files required for a quotation

  • Gerber (RS-274X) or ODB++
  • NC drill file
  • Stack-up (we create one if missing)
  • BOM (MPN + reference)
  • CPL / pick & place
  • Assembly drawing
  • Quantity and annual demand
  • IPC class or operating environment

Quotation scope

Submitted files are reviewed for manufacturability. Each quotation includes itemised pricing, express and standard lead-time options, and the recommended IPC class and test scope. A DFM report and cost-saving suggestions are provided on request.
